I have tried drinking this apple cider vinegar from Patanjali empty stomach in morning. I used to mix around 1 tablespoon of apple vinegar in 1 glass of water and drink it in morning as soon as I wake up. It burned my stomach a little, since it is vinegar and I take it empty stomach but it did not taste bad.
