Proper intake of water will keep your skin hydrated, reduce puffiness and lead to improved and healthier skin in long run. Water also helps to flush toxins from body leading to clear skin. Without adequate water intake, skin appears dull and dehydrated.
2. Get proper sleep
Proper sleep is very crucial for healthy and beautiful skin. Our body and skin repair itself while sleeping. Inadequate and imbalanced sleep can lead to deeper wrinkles, dark circles under eyes and sagging skin. Proper and deep sleep leads to improved skin condition and helps to eradicate skin issues like inflammation, acne breakout etc. Take 7-8 hours of beauty sleep every day to get firm and youthful skin. 3. Remove your makeup every night before sleep

Then, wash your face with gentle cleanser to get rid of traces of makeup left, if any, and thoroughly clean your face leading to fresh and clear skin.
