Hello all! Today I am going to review Maybelline Fit Me Powder from Maybelline Fit Me range. Maybelline is a known name but those who don’t know, it is a popular drugstore brand that offers makeup in drugstore range. Their products are good in quality and comes in price range that is neither too cheap nor too expensive. When Maybelline launched their Fit Me range in India, it was an immense hit and their Fit Me range products are popular till now.

Maybelline brand claimed that their Fit Me range as per its name will suit women with all kind of skin tones. I have tried Maybelline Fit Me Foundation, concealer, compact, loose powder and have actually liked their products. I have already shared my experience with Maybelline Fit Me Concealer before and today I will be reviewing Maybelline Fit Me Matte + Poreless Powder and will share whole lot of details about this particular product.

HOW TO USE?

Using the included applicator, apply Fit Me Matte Poreless Powder to the forehead, nose, cheeks, and chin and blend all over using gentle downward strokes. This face powder can be worn alone or on top of foundation.

MY EXPERIENCE WITH MAYBELLINE NEW YORK FIT ME MATTE + PORELESS PRESSED POWDER

Maybelline New York Fit Me Matte + Poreless Pressed Powder comes in sturdy black square box packaging with details written on it. There is transparent square section on top lid that helps to see powder shade from outside only without opening the compact box. Inside the compact, it has two compartments where upper compartment has pressed powder and lower compartment has good quality sponge in round shape.

Mirror is attached on lower side of lid that contains pressed powder. That means if you want to use mirror that is attached in this compact, you first need to take sponge from lower compartment, then dab it on pressed powder in first compartment, and then again flip the lid to use the mirror attached in the compact. No doubt, quality of sponge provided and attached mirror is good.

Maybelline Fit Me powder comes in 9 shades that will suit from fair to medium and dark skin tone too. Nine shades present in Maybelline New York Matte + Poreless Pressed Powder are 110 Porcelain, 120 Classic Ivory, 130 Buff Beige, 220 Naural Beige, 222 True Beige, 230 Natural Buff, 235 Pure Beige, 310 Sun Beige and 330 Powder Toffee. I use Maybelline Fit Me powder in shade 120 Classic Ivory that goes well for my fair warm toned skin. This powder has finely milled texture that seamlessly blends into skin with powder brush as well as sponge.

I have used Maybelline Fit Me Powder in shade 120 Classic Ivory with both powder brush as well as sponge provided and it has worked well for me with both. It is very light weight and gives decent medium coverage without looking cakey. Maybelline says that this Fit Me powder is meant for normal to oily skin but if you ask me, it will work well for dry skin too. However, dry skinned beauties must apply moisturizer underneath because powders no matter from which brand can be drying for skin.

Coming to its performance, Maybelline Fit Me Powder controls oil on face for long hours and keep makeup intact. I like it because it does all what I expect from my compact powder. It suits my skin tone, controls oil, gives decent medium coverage and also gives glow on face when applied. I like to wear this Maybelline Fit Me Powder over CC cream, foundation and even alone on skin too and it has never failed me yet.
