When I went to Lakme counter in one of my favorite shop in my city, person behind the counter showed me this beautiful compact that is recently launched. Packaging of Lakme 9 To 5 Wet & Dry compact is very similar to Lakme 9 To 5 Primer + Matte Powder Foundation compact. MY EXPERIENCE WITH LAKME 9 TO 5 DUAL FINISH WET & DRY COMPACT
Lakme 9 To 5 Wet & Dry compact comes in Rose Gold cardboard packaging with Initials written on front. Inside is Lakme 9 To 5 Dual Finish Wet & Dry Compact in beautiful shiny metallic Rose Gold color. There is almost no difference in packaging of Lakme 9 To 5 Primer + Matte Powder Foundation Compact and Lakme 9 To 5 Dual Finish Wet & Dry Compact. It will be hard to differentiate between these 2 compacts if kept side by side unless you read initials written on it carefully. Lakme 9 To 5 Dual Finish Wet & Dry Compact has mirror on top, then compact powder in first pan and sponge applicator at bottom of pan. There are holes at bottom of pan so that sponge applicator can dry easily.
Packaging of Lakme 9 To 5 Wet & Dry Compact looks classy and beautiful which is fair given its price. Now talking about actual performance of Lakme 9 To 5 Dual Finish Wet & Dry compact, powder is very light weight and smooth and blends very easily into skin. It has mild fragrance coming from it which is not strong and vanish within few seconds. I like Lakme 9 To 5 range because it is very light weight and looks completely natural on skin. Although a bit on expensive side, Lakme 9 To 5 range is totally worth the price.
Lakme 9 To 5 Compact comes in 8 beautiful shades where 4 shades are meant for dark skin tone. I liked this fact about Lakme 9 To 5 Wet And Dry compact that they have included 4 shades for dark skin tone. Also 8 no. of shades will help women to choose shade closest to their skin tone. I have fair skin tone with Warm undertone so I bought shade 10 Ivory for myself. However, it proved a little too light for my skin tone. Although I liked this compact very much and it matched my skin tone, but still I think I will go for shade 16 Sand next time. Otherwise, Lakme 9 To 5 Compact lasted long on my skin, blended well and didn’t look cakey at all.

Lakme 9 To 5 Dual Finish Wet & Dry Compact can be applied in 2 different ways. For foundation finish, I sprayed rose water on sponge and applied it on my skin. Finish was beautiful but did not give much coverage. For compact like finish, I used powder brush to apply evenly on face. I liked Lakme 9 To 5 Dual Finish Wet & Dry compact in both way but I will use it in compact form more. I have used Lakme 9 To % compact over Lakme 9 To 5 CC cream and Lakme 9 To 5 Primer + Matte Perfect Cover Foundation and in both cases it performed well.

Yes, I will absolutely recommend to purchase Lakme 9 To 5 Dual Finish Wet & Dry Compact those who are looking for a light weight compact that blends well and does not make your skin too dry. It can be used in 2 ways both like foundation as well as compact. It will suit almost all kind of skin and there are 8 shades to cater to your skin tone. I will repurchase it in future but will try shade 16 Sand next time.
