I usually eat it during breakfast but you can enjoy it as evening snack too. If you are bachelor or beginner in kitchen, then also you can prepare it very easily. Below is vegetable sandwich recipe by which you can prepare and enjoy with your friends and family or alone too.

VEGETABLE SANDWICH INGREDIENTS

Onion – 1

Tomato – 1

Small cucumber – 1

Boiled corn – 1/2 bowl

Capsicum – 1/2

Amul Fresh Cream – 2 big tbsp

Salt – to taste

Pepper powder – 1/4 tsp

Chilli flakes – 1/4 tbsp

Oregano – 1/4 tbsp

Butter – As required

( tbsp refers to tablespoon)

( tsp refers to teaspoon)

VEGETABLE SANDWICH RECIPE

  • Cut onion, tomato, capsicum and cucumber into small pieces. Mix boiled corn too.
  • You can skip the vegetable which you don’t like or is not available at your home.
  • Add Amul Fresh Cream to these vegetables. You can also use the cream available at your home.
  • Add salt, pepper powder, chilli flakes and oregano. You can add more or less according to taste.

  • Now keep the vegetable mixture as needed between 2 bread and toast the bread on tawa by applying butter on both outer sides of bread on low flame.
  • Prepare other veg sandwiches by same method.
  • Cut the sandwiches from between and serve them with sauce.
  • Our vegetable sandwiches are ready to eat. They taste super yummy and can be easily prepared with ingredients available at our home.
